It took 2 years to draw the plans and 3 years to build
it.
The house dimensions follow the old greek design principle
of
''The golden cut'. The widths, lengths and hights are
in harmonic proportions to each other.
All the modern features of passive solar design have
been followed
The house walls are made of rammed earth (Lehmbau) which
will greatly reduce the heating/cooling costs and should
provide for a enjoyable inhouse climat.
We've build
the house together with our neigbour in what the Aussis
call 'Owner Building'. The entire living area is 400m/2.
